Send us an event inquiry and we will let you know any and all availability.

To secure your date, simply sign our online agreement and pay 50% of the rental fee. The remaining balance, along with any catering and bar services, can be settled with your bar staff at the end of your event.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 15-29 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will forfeit the full deposit.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

All events include 30 minutes of setup time. If additional time is needed, we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Please contact your event manager to request extra time.
We ask all events to be cleared out 30 minutes after your event ends. Want to keep the party going? Contact your event manager to reserve tables in the taproom.

Yes! We have a large parking lot with overflow into Springfield Townships parking lot. Your guests will have parking spaces.

During spring, summer and fall seasons our patio is available for add on to any event space booking.

Our event space was styled to need little to no decorating however, we understand the desire to make a party feel personalized.
Please don’t tape, tack, staple, or hang anything on the wall, doors or garage doors.
We also ask that you skip the confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, straw, hay, bubbles, or silly string (including balloons filled with them).
Balloons should be tied or weighted down, and candles are welcome as long as the flame is enclosed in a votive or glass holder.
If any damage, paint removal, or excessive cleanup is needed, a fee of at least $500 may apply.

Yes you can!
You will have access to our house speaker that can connect to your phone VIA bluetooth or aux cord. Be sure to bring your own aux cord - ours has been accidentally taken home too many times.

A $100 service fee applies to all outside caterers at The Social Club, covering table setup, backup cutlery and plates, and post-event cleanup.

You can bring in outside food as long as everything is pre-packaged. We can not serve any home made food according to state health codes.
Outside drinks are not permitted. If you have a beverage request reach out to your private event manager.

Guest can order their own entrees or appetizers directly from our kitchen through your private events bar staff.

Drink tickets are a great option treating your guests while staying within a budget.
Upon arrival, you'll receive a drink ticket for your event. Each ticket used will be added to your tab, which can be settled at the end of the evening.
